The 2020 Bonita Bonita Sauvignon Blanc
The 2020 Bonita Bonita Sauvignon Blanc is largely from the Stewart Ranch vineyard in the northern end of Carneros, Napa. It extends out into the Napa estuary and Kennedy Park making it a cool and windy site, which is necessary for the aromatics needed for Sauvignon Blanc. We added in the Watson vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, as its acidity and cool climate chemistry add zippiness to the lovely Stewart Ranch musque characteristics. A little Windy Flats block 4 was blended in for another layer of interest.
All sales of Bonita Bonita wine will be made on the Hill Family Estate website, as Ryan’s family grew the grapes and crafted the wine for your enjoyment.
